Orders placed from www.theribboncarnival.com may not be combined with orders placed from www.WholesaleRibbonCarnival.com. Shipping and Sales Tax are calculated and added to the total order at check out.
Ordering is easy and secure when using our online shopping cart. You can order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Please remember that every computer monitor varies. If you are unsure of a color, please order a sample or colorchart.
SHOPPING ON-LINE
For your convenience, we have installed a Secured Shopping Cart via
Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and Discover. Payal is another option where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.
TERMS
We accept secured MasterCard, Visa, Discover and all forms of payment through paypal. Paypal also allows you to directly transfer from your bank account. All amounts are in US dollars.
SHIPPING
We strive to ship all of our packages 1-3 business days after payment has been received. Please allow 3-5 business days to recieve your order after it has been shipped. If you need something sooner, please let us know and we will do everything we can to accomodate your request.
All items are shipped via USPS.
Our shipping charges are listed below and will be calculated by our shopping cart automatically as you checkout.
International orders are welcome! Due to the varying shipping rates from country to country, please do not use our shopping cart as it has been set up for US orders only. For orders outside the United States, please contact us for a shipping quote. A PayPal invoice will be sent once we receive an order confirmation from you.

Packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service. All orders up to $13.99 will ship First Class Mail. All orders over $14.00 will be shipped Priority Mail. Please refer to the shipping chart below:
