    Velvet Glitter Elastic

     

    Our velvet glitter elastic is available in 3/8 inch widths and sold in 1 yard increments.  The Elastic is very soft and great for baby and childern. Our velvet elastic is made from a blend of Spandex and Velvet.

    We recommend the following (Approximate) lengths by age group:

    { Newborn } 13", { 0-1 Year } 14", { 1-10 Years} 15", { Teens } 16.5", { Adults } 17"
