    Shiny Foldover Elastic Ribbon

    Available in 1 yard Increments. High quality smooth Elastic with a shiny and satin finish.

    This lovely soft fold-over elastic is perfect for headbands and even other projects like belts and garters! Elastics also used for binding and finishing raw edges. Our Elastic measures 1.5cm wide (5/8) and is "shiny" on the front and matte on the back. We use it most often for headbands as well as binding and finishing raw edges. Many crafters and seamstresses use it for collars, cuffs, diaper covers and can be used in place of bias tape.

    We recommend the following (Approximate) lengths by age group:

    { Newborn } 13", { 0-1 Year } 14", { 1-10 Years} 15", { Teens } 16.5", { Adults } 17"
