Shipping

We strive to ship all of our packages 1-2 business days after payment has been received. If you need something sooner, please let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

We will no longer keep backorders on any out of stock product. You will be refunded within 24-48 hrs. The remaining items will be shipped.

All items are shipped via USPS. Our shipping charges will be calculated by our shopping cart automatically as you checkout.

International orders are welcome!

We recommend shipping International Orders via Express because we can provide you a tracking #;

The Ribbon Carnival will not be responsible for any lost packages if shipped first class or priority.

*Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices. The carriers will charge the recipient all applicable duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. Duties and taxes are assessed by the local government based on the destination. For information about duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office or the carrier that delivers your package. We will not alter the price of your order to help in lowering your fees and will state the actual product purchase price of your shipment.
